Tasting Notes: Oil is rich in beneficial properties, history, and personality. Taste an Extra Virgin Olive Oil three times unique, which has all the flavor of our tradition. This blend is obtained with the cultivars Correggiolo, Leccio del Corno, and Pendolino. The nose is dominated by green olives and fresh vegetable notes including thistle. On the palate, a fresh texture of herbaceous notes is supported by an important bitterness, closing a long and balanced spiciness.
Varietal: Corregiolo, Leccino del Corno and Pendolino
Food Pairing: This oil enhances the flavors of bruschetta, salads, raw and grilled vegetables, carpaccio, and vegetable soups and is excellent on grilled game meats.
Tasting Notes: It has a light green color; the nose is broad and aromatic which recalls the olive in the right degree of ripeness. In the mouth, it is medium-intense fruity, where there are well-distinguishable notes of artichoke, green apple, and freshly cut herbs and rocket. It closes on a very balanced bitter and spicy note.
