Founded in 2015, our agricultural estate now spans over 650 hectares of lush land. With 242 hectares dedicated to ancient and exceptional native olive varieties, we are proud to produce one of the most acclaimed and awarded Italian extra virgin olive oils, celebrated both in Italy and across the globe.

Our oils and wines originate from the distinctive Varignana hills, nestled just a few kilometers from Bologna in Emilia Romagna. This unique terroir imparts characteristic scents, flavors, and nuances that define our products.

Beyond the olive groves, the estate boasts 57 hectares of flourishing vineyards, 3,000 square meters of thriving vegetable gardens, an expansive orchard, and a rare, original saffron crop.

Under the Palazzo di Varignana brand, our product line showcases:

• Five exceptional extra virgin olive oils (three single-variety oils and two exquisite blends).
• Four premium wines, including Chardonnay, Sangiovese, and our flagship Pinot Nero.
• Delightful jams and fruit juices, crafted from the freshest ingredients.
